| Elai Vadam |
- Raw rice..........1 cup
- Boiled rice......1/cup
- Salt to taste.
- Soak the rice for an hour and grind it into a smooth paste
- Take the vadam sheets , apply oil and spread one tsp batter.
- Steam them peel and dry them in shade.
